Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within the country (Germany) and to the following countries: United Kingdom, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Greece, Croatia, USA & Canada.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany: We calculate shipping costs.
Deliveries abroad: We calculate the shipping costs abroad based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

The shipping costs within Germany are 4.99 €.
The shipment is made with DHL.

EU ZONE 1: Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands - Shipment with DHL
EU ZONE 2: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Czech Republic - Shipment with DHL
EU ZONE 3: Greece, Croatia, Cyprus - Shipment with DHL
NON EU: VUnited Kingdom & Switzerland - Shipment with DHL
AMERICA: USA, Canada - Shipment with DHL

Delivery times 

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 2-3 days, for deliveries to EU Zone 1, EU Zone 2, and EU Zone 3 within 3-14 days, and for deliveries to America within 15-25 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
